City Center Village is an independent senior community.  This means we are not a regulated assisted living community but an “independent” community that is for active seniors that can age in place with contracted at home services as needed.   Our community offers all amenities such as restaurant style dining, housekeeping, linen services, 24/7 concierge services, emergency call pendant, local transportation, on site beauty shop, recreational programs, all utilities for one base rate.  Any care services needed, you may contract by any service company of your choice.
